In these challenging times of Covid-19,
when you may be working harder and in less familiar territory than ever before,
we’d like to invite new members to attend the Wake Up Call
through May 31st at no charge.

If you’re a current Wake Up Call member experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic,
please reach out to us at to adjust your payment.


Please join us on Zoom at 8 am Pacific on Thursday mornings through May 31st
for a 10-minute talk about how mindfulness can support you right now,
followed by 10 minutes of meditation.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an automatic email with a Zoom link.

You’ll also receive an email on Thursday mornings at about 7 am Pacific,
reminding you about the Call and providing the Zoom link again.
